Reiki is an energy healing practice. A certified practitioner, who has been attuned, will guide the Reiki energy into the client by gently placing the hands on or above the body (clothed) in specific hand positions directs Reiki to a client. Reiki helps balance and restore energy allowing the body to relax on a deeper level so the body can begin to heal itself.
