Service Cashier - Bobby Rahal Toyota - (Harrisburg, PA)

Bobby Rahal Toyota is looking for a Service Cashier ! The hours for this position are Monday through Friday 9am to 6pm. As a Service Cashier, you will: - Warmly greet all clients and assist them with paying their service invoice. - Use our multi-line phone system to direct incoming calls to the appropriate party. - Process sales receipts. - Do general, office-type duties like emailing, copying, filing, and faxing. What are the general requirements of this position? - Prior customer service and administrative experience is preferred, and it is imperative that you are pleasant and love assisting clients! - Multitasking is important with this position. There are lots of phones ringing, keyboard keys clicking, and papers shuffling all day, every day. The right candidate will be able to effortlessly bounce back and forth. - Much of the day will be spent at the cashier's desk so if you're someone who likes to be up walking around all of the time, this probably isn't the job for you.
