Early Intervention Development Specialist Manager - (Orem, UT)

As a four-time Best of State award winner, Kids On The Move provides services throughout Utah to children with special needs and their families. Our mission is to support the development of young children through 4 key programs: Early Intervention, Early Head Start, the KOTM Autism Center, and KOTM Respite Care. Kids On The Move is seeking a Development Specialist Manager to assure consistent, high quality delivery of home- and center-based services by monitoring compliance with State and Federal regulations, internal processes and procedures, and managing Development Specialists. This individual will work under the direction of the Early Intervention Program Director and in collaboration with the department's Trainer and Compliance Manager. RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure consistent, credible, quality direct services by development specialists, with an emphasis on cognitive & social-emotional development, curriculum, & service delivery patterns Provide direct services for a caseload of 25-30
