Trex Decking Free to Good Home - - (Chicago, IL)
We are replacing a pool deck with a st patio and we have roughly square feet of used Trex decking that we are giving away free. The deck was built around so the decking is about years old. The deck boards are grey in color and they have holes every ft or so where they have been screwed down to the substructure. If you are interested in this decking you will have to make preparations to remove the deck boards yourself and to bring a truck to haul them away. The same applies to the wood handrails ballisters and pressure-treated substructure if you are also interested in that. There are low-voltage wires running through the floor joists of the sub-structure so you will have to be careful to remove the wires without damaging them (see images). The other requirement is that you be bonded and or self-insured as we cannot be responsible for any accidents or injuries that might happen during the demolition removal or transport of the deck materials....
