Part time Occupational Therapist - (New City, NY)

OT Duties Include Evaluate clients amp develop a treatment plan that will meet their needs. Choose activities that will help the clients to carry out their daily works independently. Monitor clients as they carry out the task given to them. Observe amp assess clients progress and prepare detailed reports accordingly. Maintain safe and clean working environment. Maintain documentation of client care services by auditing records. Maintain a cooperative relationship among healthcare teams amp contributes to team effort. OT Requirements Include Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program. Current New York State OT License. Experience in an Adult Home settings preferred. Proven exceptional customer service and patient care experience. Self-motivated with the willingness to exceed patient expectations. Ability to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
