Resume Summary: Nice to meet you! My name is Ruth and I am a Junior at the University of Central Arkansas. I am interviewing for a caregiver position in Conway, Arkansas. My love for children started when I was young and my family started to foster children. I was about fourteen when I was given the opportunity to start watching over my siblings and foster siblings. I just loved the feeling of being around children, they have the brightest imaginations and always seem to put a smile on my face. Growing up with a single mother I was given a lot of responsibility in childcare. I would watch the kids after school when my mother was at work by playing, feeding, and even helping them with homework. I never see watching children as a job but an opportunity to care for and inspire the next generation. My babysitting experience does range outside my own family, I would often pick up kids from school and watch them until their parents got off of work.
