I am a barber and looking for a man who wants a free haircut on January 7th at 8 pm in Raleigh, NC. You need to have at least 2 inches of hair with a stubbly beard. It can be straight, fine or course hair. I have my college education and need to take the license exam. This haircut will be for my exam. I can pick you up if you live in and around triangle area.
