Xiaowen He, Licensed Acupuncturist (L.Air conditioner.) is certified by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) in the United States, and licensed by the Composite State Board of Medical Examiners in Georgia. He studied western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine, including acupuncture, in China. He graduated from Xi an Jiaotong University School of Medicine and had his postgraduate training at Shanghai Institute of Brain Science, China Academy of Science in China. Dr. He obtained M.D. degree in W rzburg University School of Medicine in Germany, and completed his postdoctoral study at Mayo Clinic, Rochester, MN. He was a faculty member at Institute of Orthopedics and Traumatology, China Academy of Chinese Medical Science in Beijing, China and an assistant professor of medicine at the University of Tennessee, College of Medicine, Memphis, Tennessee and at Emory University School of Medicine, Atlanta, Georgia.
