Restaurant PM Line Cook (Seasonal) - (St George, UT)

*This is a SEASONAL position with a contract end date of June 30, 2018* SUMMARY The Line Cook is responsible for the preparation and presentation of meals for Red Mountain guests. P.M. Specific Duties Responsible for preparation, rotation and presentation of all food in assigned station. Prepare appetizers, salads, relishes, hors d'oeuvre, entrees and/or desserts. Chop, dice, and grind meats, fruits and vegetables. Slice cold meats and cheese, arrange buffet cold platters. Prepare cold off-property meals i.e. hike picnics, fruit baskets, etc. Mix and prepare cold sauces, meat glazes, jellies, salad dressings, oils, vinegars, and stuffings. Provide a smooth transition from p.m. and a.m. food service. Maintain cleanup and orderliness of walk-in refrigerators, freezers and dry storage. Responsible for nightly lock down of all walk-in refrigerators, freezers and dry storage. Perform nightly kitchen safety check. General Duties
