Restaurant PM Dishwasher - (St George, UT)

4-5 Days a week 4:30PM to 11:00PM *Must be available weekends and holidays SUMMARY The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining kitchen work areas, walk ins, and restaurant equipment and utensils in clean and orderly condition by performing the following duties. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Wash pots, pans, and trays using approved chemicals. Sweep and mop kitchen floors as needed. Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks. Segregate and remove trash and garbage and places it in designated containers. Steam clean or hose out garbage cans. Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas. Assist servers in room setup and dining room cleaning when needed. Assist with prep work when needed. Demonstrate proficiency in Red Mountain Gold Star Standards. Other duties may be assigned.
