Recently retired couple who owns own home in Arizona is looking for a house sitting opportunity during the summer months in the Baltimore area in order to be near children. Wife is a retired Architect and husband is a retired hospital CEO. Couple maintain a home in Arizona but have daughter in the Baltimore area that they need to be close to during the May to October time frame. Very flexible with lots of property experience and impeccable references. Can assist in any property management requirements including pets. Very flexible with own transportation and can provide references at any time.
