The person chosen for this position will help to maintain our beautiful historic campus in Lakewood CO. Primary Responsibilities Follows established policies and procedures objectives safety standards and sensitivity to confidential details Collects equipment and or supplies for daily use. Follow instructions regarding the use of chemicals and supplies. Use as directed Moves and replaces equipment and furniture for cleaning moves furniture equipment supplies and tools on an incidental basis moves equipment and furniture for rearrangement of offices etc Dusts and damp mops floors in corridors baseboards entrances stairwells and other areas as assigned scrub strip clean buff and apply floor sealer and floor finish to hard surface floors Vacuum and shampoo carpets
