1st, I am a very detailed, informative person. Everything I need to know about kids I am sitting, mutual be given before sitting or nannying. Allergies, rules and regulations and bedtime, wake up time, etc. Foods, diets, schedule and routines, all must be known and info given 1st. I also like to meet the family and kid(s) 1st. I worked back in 2005 for a child development center. I have also done some babysitting planned and unplanned since, for family, friends, neighbors.
