I have twenty years experience including experience in Assisted Living, Home Health, and Certified Nursing Assistant II Acute Care Speciality Hospital on Vent Unit. Skills include but are not limited to Digital Stimulation, Hoyer Lift, Sliding Scale Insulin syringe and insulin pen administration, fingerstick blood sugars, and blood pressures. Services include: Light Housekeeping, Light Meal Preparation, Laundry, Errands, Medical Appointments, Personal Care, Respite Care, Companion Care, Sitter Services, 24hrs/7days a week, and Patient Navigation. Short term and long term assignments. Assignments min of two hrs. Provide return from hospital service. Will prepare light meal, help unpack, and run errands including pick up meds from pharmacy.
