Chelsea Caldecott Des Moines, WA I have been a Swim Instructor/ Lifeguard for 12yrs and I have had competitive swimming experience for 25yrs. I love kids and working with them to succeed in my passion of swimming. I have current Red Cross Lifeguard, CPR/1st Aid for Professional Rescuer, WSI, Bloodborne Pathogens, and Lifeguard Instructor Certification. Authorized to work in the US for any employer. WORK EXPERIENCE Swim Lesson Manager Evergreen Community Aquatic Center - Seattle, WA - July 2016 to Present Responsibilities: As a Swim Lesson Manager I work with the Aquatic Manager to better the Swim Lesson Program by evaluating student progress in the program as well as bi-weekly instructor evaluations. I also am in charge of training the Swim Instructors and Lifeguards. *I still am doing The duties stated under the Lead Lifeguard Job Description.
