Grief Counselor - (Sun City Center, FL)

Stephanie Rogers is a certified Grief Counselor and Thanatologist with a specialization in Child and Adolescent Grief. She has also served as hospice Spiritual Care Coordinator. A hospice volunteer from the age of sixteen, Stephanie became a Hospice professional in 2004. She holds 2 bachelor degrees, a B.A. in Theatre and a B.S. in Grief Counseling and Bereavement Education. Stephanie has combined both these areas to become a nationally recognized end-of life speaker and educator. Rather than pursuing a traditional Master’s Degree, Stephanie has chosen to work as a full time Grief Counselor for twelve years, completing the specific Certifications of Child and Adolescent Grief Counselor and Thanatologist. She is a regular presenter at the Texas New Mexico Hospice Organization’s (TNMHO) annual conferences, having spoken at them since 2014.
