Seeking room in exchange for pet sitting - (Highland, CA)

Looking for a private room by March 31st. I am a female in my 40's, no kids or pets. I am looking to exchange pet sitting, office work, and/or house sitting/caretaking services in exchange for the room or a lowered rent. I used to work in a dog daycare, and currently I am providing my roommate with cat sitting. I am also accustomed to caring for parrots and other small animals. I am quiet and will clean up after myself. Room can be furnished or unfurnished; shared bathroom is fine. I will require kitchen privileges. If living with other housemates I would prefer a house with no drama or disrespect. I am currently on SSI disability; eventually I will be going back to school. Would prefer a place with internet. I would also prefer female roommates or couples. I am allergic to smoke and don't do any or drink alcohol. I am looking to stay close to the eastern end of San Bernardino County. My medical services are in Redlands and I need to stay within a decent driving distance.
