Retired teacher who has love to give and who needs to exercise with the dogs - (Bantam, CT)

Good morning, I am a retired teacher, who finds that I have some extra affection to give and the need to move. Dog sitting seems to be an ideal way to fill both requirements. I live in Bantam, Ct and I don't want to travel too far, so your location is important. I have stayed with my daughter and her husband's 2 labs, for weeks at a time, and I've enjoyed their company. They seemed to enjoy mine as well. I am a fit older woman, but realistically I can lift thirty pounds. The age of the dog doesn't matter, as long as I can handle their weight if need be. I have a cat and loved the experience and, of course, I can feed small mammals, fish and birds. I would like to work steadily, so if you need a constant companion (4-5 times weekly), I'm your lady. Since I've taught for many decades, I've already been fingerprinted several times. I am warm, outgoing and active woman, who enjoys the outdoors and interacting with people as well as animals.
