I have considerable experience in home remodeling. Painting is my favorite work. I have great references and loads of images of past projects. I also like to do snow removal for homeowners. I am a long time teacher of meditation and mindfulness instruction. I am very interested in 1 on one or small group sessions. These techniques are life changing.
