GRANITE CITY CHILD DAY CARE IN MY HOME (Granite City IL) If you or someone you know needs daycare for a child, ages one to 5, and you live in or pass through the Granite City area, I would like to take in one to 2 more children to my license-exempt daycare business that I have in my home. I have taken early childhood education. I have taken care of ten children over the past 8yrs. My hours vary. My day usually starts at 6:30am and the last child is picked up between 5:30 and 6:00 pm, so my hours are very flexible.I can supply you with references if you would like them. I do report my pay to the IRS, so there would be no problem using your day care expenses on your year-end tax return. I have a large backyard for the kids to play in, with two swing sets and age appropriate bicycles . I will occasionally put out a small swimming pool for the kids to cool off on hot days. In the morning, we go for short walks in my neighborhood most days.
