Ensuring activities of daily living through physical , spiritual , and emotional programming. Evaluation of modules, integrative care, and adaptation toward seniors aging in place. I served as a liaison , maintaining standards of care , social wellness and family engagement. Managerial position in memory care , department head ; Manager on duty rotations for 120 bed facility, upheld OSHA standards/auditing , state compliance requirements. Responsible for staffing, scheduling, facilitating new hire orientation and yearly evaluations .
