Part Time Or On Call Sitter/Helper For Family - (Westminster, MD)

I am looking for a part time position helping a family with day care or helping in household; looking for a more flexible times or as needed position. Working with a family that needs/requires flexibility. My son and daughter-in-law are expecting in June; I will babysitting after September 2 days a week. She is a nurse and needs flexibility. She will be working twelve hr shifts 3x week (1 day will be the weekend). If I can find a situation that I can work with a family/or nurse employed individual; I know this would be a great fit. My 2 children are grown and I am flexible with hours. I reside in Westminster, MD; would prefer to be within this city or 10/15 mis around.
