Experienced Child Care Provider looking for a Family to Work for Today! - (Sanger, TX)

Hi! My name Katie Sons and I am looking for a family that is in need of an experienced child care provider. My experience includes: Working at a licensed day care for nearly 2 yrs, working with Sanger ISD as a Special Education Aide for 2yrs, working at Cumberland Presbyterian Children's Home as a Youth Care worker. While working at my previous job (the licensed day care) I worked as a Pre-K teacher, Toddler teacher, Infant teacher and Afterschool teacher. This opened up a whole new world of learning experiences that I am passionate about. I became very interested in Early Childhood Education and decided to take a CDA class (Child Development Associate). There I learned so much! I learned the VERY important role early education plays in a child's future and many ways to positively provide love, care and education to set children up for success. I'm a BIG supporter of Conscious Discipline. It is my belief that discipline does not equal punishment.
