My name is Cecelia Offidani , everyone calls me Cece. I ran a successful Mobile Pet Salon for 15 yrs. I have lived in DE for 25yrs. I am an animal lover of all kinds. I have rescued many dogs and cats in my life...My famous motto is " Pets are people too" I treat them like they are my children and fall in love with each and every 1 of them.
