Isenberg School of Management Major: Sport Management (BS), Class of 2012 with Honors Experience Tuxedo Club, Tuxedo Park, NY March 2016-present Director of Outside Operations • Responsible for providing quality service to over 400 members in the areas of starting times, tee time coordination, tournament setup, pace of play, and supervising bag drop area and bag room • Hire, train and supervise staff of eight operations assistants to ensure high-quality service to the membership • Manage, train and schedule a group of 65 caddies as independent contractors • Track approx 17,000 rounds and transportation usage (golf carts, pull carts, walkers and caddie rounds) through Jonas Management System • Maintain a fleet of 60 golf carts with daily, monthly and yearly maintenance procedures
