AM Baker/Pastry Cook - (St George, UT)

Red Mountain Resort is looking for a creative, enthusiastic and reliable person to join our culinary team! The Lead Baker/Pastry Cook is responsible for ensuring the best preparation and presentation of all baked goods, recipe creation, development, and analysis as well as prepare consistent, high-quality baked goods (breads, cookies, cakes, scones, muffins etc) and dessert items for breakfast, lunch and dinner menus, upcoming Banquet Event Orders and other special orders. This is a full-time position offered with medical, dental and vision insurance (after 60 days of employment), and includes paid time off and holiday pay. Days of the will vary to include weekends and holidays.
