Remanufacturing / SRP Operations Lead - (Minster, OH)

Remanufacturing/SRP Operations Lead Nidec Minster Corporation has an immediate opening for a second or third shift Remanufacturing/SRP Operations Lead whose primary function will be to manage the utilization of personnel and facilities within the Repair Parts Organization departments for the purpose of refurbishing metal forming equipment and manufacturing repair parts. Experience in supervising craft workers in an engineered to order environment is highly preferable. Duties: Managing all people and processes in Minster's second or third shift Shift Remanufacturing/SRP Operation Communicating and interacting with all organizational levels within Nidec Minster as well as Minster's varied customers. Promote and actively participate in Continuous Improvement process. Create a safe work environment for all employees and visitors, and enforce safety policies to ensure compliance. Drive 1st time quality to eliminate rework and reduce warranty expenses.
