Automotive Service Advisor - Bobby Rahal Toyota / Lexus - (Lewistown, PA)

Bobby Rahal Toyota / Lexus of Lewistown is hiring a personable, customer focused, and detail-oriented Service Advisor to join our team! We are looking for someone with prior Automotive / Service Advisor experience to fill this role and make an immediate impact in our service department. The hours for this position are Monday through Friday from 7am to 5pm. As a Service Advisor, you will: - Greet clients in a timely, friendly manner and obtain details about their vehicle. Document any issues the vehicle may have on a repair order. - Advise the client on the care of their vehicle and the value of maintaining the vehicle in accordance with manufacturer's specifications. - Provide a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts. - Explain completed work and all fees to the client. - Handle phone inquiries regarding customer questions, appointments, and work in progress.
